­RETURN POLICY

If there is any issue with your order, please email info@DolledUp.Store prior to shipping the items out to us to get approved for a exchange, or store credit. When emailing us make sure to include your full name, telephone number, and order number. We will get back to you within 1 business day.

Items eligible for return or exchange must be new, unworn, and unwashed. Items must be returned or exchanged in the original packaging, and all items tags must be attached. Eligible returns will be issued a store credit for its purchase price only; selected promotional sales and all associated shipping costs are non-refundable. All final sale items are non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

 For hygiene reasons, we will NOT accept returns on bodysuits, shoes, or accessories. Any item with stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.) will not be accepted for store credit and a reshipping fee will be applied.

If an item happens to be defective, you must report it to us within (3) days After delivery day. Any damage or defective items reported after the (3) days will NOT be accepted. Please attach photos of the return inquiry.

 If you ordered the wrong item and or size, are not responsible for the shipping fee. Please ensure you have the correct items and sizes to avoid this inconvenience. If we see that there is an on-going history for returns or exchanges you will get denied. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was returned for store credit, shipping will be deducted from the total cost
