To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment we advice that you please make sure your address is entered correctly. If there is any issue with your address, we will contact you to try and resolve these issues. You will be given 24 hours to call us or email us back before we cancel the order. Dolled Up Shop is not responsible for packages that are delivered to incorrect addresses.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please Email sales@dolledup.store as soon as possible.
All Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you have not received it, you will have to resolve the issue with the United States Postal Service. Dolled Up Shop is NOT responsible for packages that state delivered.
